We do not collect, process, or store any personally identifiable information (PII) through the App.

Specifically:

• No account creation or login is required.
• We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment details.
• We do not access your location, contacts, photos, microphone, camera, or other device features.

2. Data Storage and Syncing

The App uses Apple’s Cloud infrastructure (iCloud) to store and sync user data across devices that are signed into the same Apple ID. This data is:

• Stored and managed entirely by Apple.
• Secured using Apple’s encryption and privacy protocols.
• Not visible or accessible to us at Kudos.

3. Crash Reports

With your consent, Apple may collect anonymous crash and usage data and make it available to us through App Store Connect. This data:

• Contains no personal information.
• Is used solely to improve app stability and performance.

4. Third-Party Services

• The App itself does not integrate with any third-party services or SDKs.
• The Kudos website may use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage. No data from the App is shared with or connected to our website analytics.

5. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed toward children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any data from users, including children.

6. Data Rights and Deletion

As we do not collect or retain any user data, there is no data to access, correct, or delete.
